BenGER Platform Update and Roadmap
We have now completed the BenGER platform; with this we want to enable technical laypeople (typically professional jurists) to quickly create their own benchmarks from their own files and documents, in order to evaluate the performance of AI tools in their respective field of expertise.

Alongside the completion, the platform was submitted to ICAIL 2026 on the Demo Track, and the peer review is currently underway. If accepted, the platform will be made available as free software under the CC-BY license.
We also had some very good demos and see the potential of a teaching and learning platform that enables jurists to quickly solve tasks and receive immediate feedback. Especially with regard to exam preparation and the usual weekly exams, we see an immense added value.
Therefore we plan to further develop the platform and expand it with features tailored specifically to the needs of legal professionals. In the coming semester we will pilot the platform in cooperation with the universities from the TITAN consortium.
